Obsidian Pterodactyl Theme Guide

Obsidian is a commercial-grade, dark-mode glassmorphism theme designed for Pterodactyl Panel 1.11.x and newer.

System Prerequisites

Before running the automated installer, verify that your server satisfies the following requirements:

1. Verify Node.js version (Must be 18.x or 20.x)
node -v

2. Verify Yarn is installed
yarn -v

3. Ensure you are in the Pterodactyl root directory
cd /var/www/pterodactyl



One-Command Installation

Execute the automated installer using sudo or root permissions:

Download and execute the installer script
bash <(curl -s https://assets.habibistudios.com/installers/obsidian.sh)



The script will:

Automatically create a timestamped backup of your current build in /var/www/pterodactyl/backups/.

Extract the Obsidian theme assets to resources/scripts/.

Compile the production assets with yarn build:production.

Clear the Pterodactyl view and route cache with php artisan view:clear.



Customizing Brand Colors

You can easily adjust the primary accent color to match your hosting brand. Open /resources/scripts/theme.json:

After modifying your color preferences, re-run:
